We had a cycling day around Drumlanrig Castle and Estate. Some challenging MTB trails!

A walk along a Burn in the afternoon completed the day.

On the Sunday we headed over to the Mull of Galloway for a lovely walk around the Mull.

Stopped at Port Logan for lunch. Fabulous spot.

Called off in Stranraer on the way back to Castle Douglas. Nicer than I expected.

In the afternoon we went for a wander around Kirkcudbright, and there was a Tardis!

A tight game but one that the Orcs largely dominated through having higher strength. The scoreline at half-time was almost 2-0 but failed a rush into the end zone in the last turn. The Miners had an opportunity to score against the run of play in the second half but ultimately failed and the game finished 1 0.…

Drew the first game with the High Elves. A game of two halves. Took a 2 – 0 half time lead fairly easily utilising a passing game. The second half though was completely different following a series of casualties reducing the number of players on the pitch. A draw in the end was a fair result.…

Skaven Sunblighters 2 Puketown Maggots 1

Lost my first game with the Nurgle Rotters. Was two nil down at half time but the Skaven suffered from lack of players on the pitch and the Maggots came back into it. Failed a rushing move in the last game turn which would have tied the game.…
